- July 26, 2014: Drove around the neighborhood of interest and visited all 3 home builders, including Ryan Homes. Got paperwork (floor plans, pricing, info on Ryan Homes), toured model and made appointment for next day.
- July 27, 2014: Sat down with Robert, our Sales Rep, and looked at all the different options. Designed our dream home and got revealed our finial price. Took home financial analysis. Decided that night that we would embark on this journey!
- July 30, 2014: Appointment with Ryan Homes. Took our relator. Signed the contract (about 60 pages), got our Homeowner's Guide and HOA docs. Picked out kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
- August 4, 2014: First appointment with NVR Mortgage for loan application.
- August 12, 2014: Appointment with the flooring showroom in the morning to pick out counters, cabinets and flooring. Appointment with Ryan Homes in the afternoon to make final 2 week changes and sign paperwork that we are set on what we have. Picked out exterior design of home.
